01

Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Drummer website and requests for information or a demo. Drummer provides information about AI twins, sales coaching and related services for business teams.

A demo request does not create a paid subscription or an obligation to buy. Paid services, trials, implementation work and access to a customer environment require separately agreed terms. If an executed customer agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement takes precedence for the service.

02

Using the website responsibly

You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Information you submit must be accurate, and you must be authorised to share it.

  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website or probe systems without written permission.
  • Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code or information you have no right to disclose.
  • Do not impersonate another person or use public forms for spam.
  • Do not copy or resell website content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

03

Demos, examples and product information

Website previews, sample records and animations illustrate possible workflows. They are not live customer results. Product availability, integrations and functionality depend on the service and configuration agreed with each customer.

Performance statements are not a guarantee of a particular result. Outcomes depend on your team, data quality, processes and use of the service. Website prices and comparisons are informational; the accepted order or proposal determines fees, taxes, billing, commitment and renewal conditions.

04

Recordings, CRM data and AI output

Before using a service that records conversations or accesses a CRM, your organisation must establish a lawful basis, give required notices and obtain consent where applicable. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the information and systems you connect.

AI-generated transcripts, scores, research, summaries and recommended actions can contain errors. Review output before relying on it, updating records or communicating externally. Do not use automated scores as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

Access permissions, automated actions and human review requirements should be agreed before enabling a customer workflow.

05

Intellectual property

Drummer’s branding, website content and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Browsing the website does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond ordinary use of the website.

You retain the rights you hold in material you provide. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

06

Third-party services

Links and integrations may involve third-party services with their own terms and privacy notices. Drummer does not control their websites, availability or changes to their services.

Responsibility for connecting third-party accounts, any separate charges and the handling of integration data must be addressed in the relevant customer agreement.

07

Availability and liability

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but do not promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or suitability for every purpose. We may update, remove or temporarily suspend website content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drummer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of website information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Service warranties, remedies and liability limits must be set out in the customer agreement.

08

Privacy and confidentiality

Our privacy noticeexplains how website enquiries and personal information are handled. Public enquiry forms are not intended for confidential business records or sensitive personal information.

Confidentiality obligations, processing instructions and data protection terms for service delivery belong in the signed customer agreement and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.

09

Changes and resolving questions

We may update these website terms. The date above identifies the current version; changes do not retrospectively alter an executed customer agreement.

If a question or dispute arises, please contact the Drummer team so we can try to resolve it. The governing law and competent courts for a paid service should be specified in its customer agreement. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Contact your Drummer representative, or get in touch with our team. Please do not include sensitive information in the request form.
