Platform
A twin for everyone who talks for a living.
Drummer gathers the context from every meeting, visit and phone call. Out of it comes an AI twin for each person that completes their admin and coaches them after every conversation, and an overview for the people who lead the team.

01 — Context
Drummer gathers the context it needs to help each person.
Help that fits one person starts with knowing what that person said, and what was said back. Drummer picks conversations up on the channel they happen on, and transcribes them in more than 60 languages, Dutch, French and German included.
Video calls
A meeting bot joins from the calendar, or Drummer takes the recording the meeting tool already made.
In-person conversations
The phone app records a showroom visit or a site visit with the screen locked, and keeps recording offline.
Phone calls
Calls from the built-in dialer arrive on their own, and so do the ones from the dialer your team already uses.

02 — Twins
From that context, a twin is born for every employee.
An AI twin knows its person’s conversations, accounts and contacts. It works for them, not on them: it does the typing, and it stops where a human should decide.
Your admin
Drummer completes your admin for you.
The second a conversation ends, the work after it is already done. You read it, change what you want and send it.
- The CRM updated from the call once you approve it, with an audit trail
- The follow-up drafted in the language the conversation was held in
- The brief for your next meeting ready before you walk in

Order automation for your planners: next steps
Hi Jonas,
Thanks for your time today. What stayed with me: eleven planners spend about two hours a day re-keying orders, and one wrong entry sends a truck out with the wrong load.
You named the TMS connection as a hard requirement. I will send you how that works in your setup by Thursday.
You offered to bring in Sofie. Would the week of 9 November work for 30 minutes with her?
Best, Emma
Your coach
Drummer coaches you after every interaction.
Every conversation comes back scored against your team’s scorecard, with the reasoning and the second it went wrong. Ask what you could have done, and the answer comes with the moment that proves it.
- Feedback on the conversation you just had, not on a sample weeks later
- The moment behind every criterion, one click from playing it back

At 11:52 Lotte was still unsure whether her invoice would be corrected.

Your team
Drummer loops in a human where it matters.
Nothing reaches a customer or a candidate before someone approves it. A manager comments on the one second worth talking about, and anyone can browse the conversation and listen back.
- Approval before anything leaves the team, with who approved it and when
- Comments, replies and reactions on the moment itself
So I still don’t know if the invoice gets corrected?

03 — Coaching
Every twin logs what it does, so you see the whole team.
You decide how the twins evaluate a conversation, and you see what came of it: per person, per criterion and over the months.
Long-term trends
The team side by side, week after week.
Drummer keeps the overview current on its own: people next to each other on conversations, scores and talk ratio, and each one’s trend per criterion. The stretch where coaching started shows in gold.
Six metrics in every conversation, held against the benchmark for its type.
Talk ratio43%
- Measures
- The share of the call the rep spends talking.
- Benchmark
- 43% overall; 46% on discovery calls, 55% on cold calls, 65% on demos.
- Coaching tip
- Above half on a discovery call? Ask one more open question and let the silence do the work.
Longest monologue2:10
- Measures
- The longest stretch the rep talks without the customer saying a word.
- Benchmark
- Under 2:30; under 1:46 on a demo.
- Coaching tip
- Break a long explanation with a check: does this match how your team works today?
Longest customer story1:35
- Measures
- The longest stretch the customer talks without being interrupted.
- Benchmark
- Between 1:00 and 2:00.
- Coaching tip
- A long customer story means trust. Keep it going with “and what happened then?”
Patience0.8 s
- Measures
- How long the rep waits after the customer stops before replying.
- Benchmark
- Between 0.6 and 1.0 seconds.
- Coaching tip
- Count to one before you answer. Customers often add the important part after a pause.
Interactivity6.2
- Measures
- How often the conversation switches speakers, on a scale from 0 to 10.
- Benchmark
- At least 5.
- Coaching tip
- Low on a demo? Hand the customer the wheel: what would you click next?
Question rate21/h
- Measures
- How many questions the rep asks per hour of conversation.
- Benchmark
- At least 18 an hour.
- Coaching tip
- Turn one statement into a question: “What does a wrong load cost you?” beats “That must be expensive.”
Human and agent coaching
Coaching from your managers and from the twins, in one place.
The coaching tab shows both: what a team lead wrote on a moment, and what the twins gave back after each conversation. Ask across the whole team and the answer comes with timestamps.

04 — Customised for you
Built around the tools you already run.
Drummer writes its results back where your team works, and answers where your team asks.
Custom integrations
Your CRM, ATS or helpdesk, and the one we still have to build.
Stage, amount, next step and the fields of your own methodology go into the CRM once the rep approves them. If the system your team runs on is not in the list, our developers build that connection with yours.

MCP server
An MCP server, to use Drummer anywhere.
Through Drummer’s MCP server, Claude, ChatGPT and the assistants after them read the same conversations, transcripts and scorecards your team sees, and answer with the timestamp behind each line.
Questions team leads ask us
Which scorecards can we use?
Drummer comes with sales templates: MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN, SPICED and Challenger, and scorecards for discovery, demo and cold calls. Recruitment and support teams write their own, from a structured interview, a phone screen or a QA form. Score each criterion yes or no, or from 1 to 5, and change it any time; new conversations follow.
How does an agent decide a score, and can we check it?
Each criterion is judged on the transcript, and every score comes with the reasoning behind it and the timestamp of the moment that proves it. Click the timestamp and the conversation plays from there. A team lead checks a score in seconds instead of listening to the whole call, and can disagree in a comment the twin answers to.
Can sales, recruitment and support share one workspace?
Yes. Every conversation is scored against every scorecard you run, so a sales team on MEDDIC and a support team on its own QA form share one workspace. Managers and owners see the whole workspace.
Who sees what the twins do?
Everyone sees the scores, metrics, coaching and comments on their own conversations, and nobody else’s; managers and owners see the whole workspace, including what the twins wrote and what a person approved. A rep, recruiter or agent replies on the moment a comment is about and plays it back, which turns a score into a conversation instead of a verdict.
Does scoring work on Dutch and French conversations?
Yes. Conversations are transcribed in more than 60 languages, including Dutch, French and German, and scored in the language they were held in. A scorecard written in English scores a Dutch call just as well, and the reasoning quotes the other person in their own words.
Coach every conversation, starting next week.
Thirty minutes, on your own conversations and your own playbook. Nothing new for your team to learn.
